Terms of Service

Welcome to Quitzr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quitzr mobile application ("App") operated by Asura Studios ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quitzr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quitzr is a habit-breaking application that helps users track their progress in quitting bad habits. The App provides streak tracking, statistics, an emergency breathing tool, accountability features (Squad), and more.

3. Account Registration

You may use Quitzr anonymously or create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & In-App Purchases

Quitzr offers a free tier and a premium subscription with the following plans:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime (one-time purchase)

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the App or its services
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users (e.g., Squad partners)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks in Quitzr are the intellectual property of Asura Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (goals, reasons, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quitzr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Quitzr is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. If you are dealing with substance addiction, please consult a healthcare professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asura Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asura Studios and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
