Delete your Quitzr account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, free of charge.

From the app (immediate)

• Open Quitzr and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen, then confirm.

Without the app

Email contact@quitzr.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. If you used the app without an account (anonymous) or signed in with Apple, include the account ID shown at the bottom of Settings. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, goals, check-ins, relapses, urges, notes, reasons, community memberships, partner links, encouragements and push token are permanently deleted from our database.

What is kept

• Database backups are overwritten within 14 days.
• An anonymous counter of the deletion (date, platform, account creation date — no identifier, email or content) is kept for our statistics.
• Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own legal obligations.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.
